We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and nurture trusting relationships with existing and new customers. The RM must have good communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Pitch Products to CFOs/MD/ Owner while establishing strong, long-lasting client relationships. ·
- Coordinate with Alliance and Product teams for new leads and execute onboarding processes to get new customers onboard.
- Prospect and identify new leads who would benefit from company’s offerings and convert them to customers.
- Ensure active participation of existing and new customers to achieve targeted throughput numbers month on month.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve customer grievances quickly and effectively.
- Identify ways to tap into upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing and/or Finance
- Go-getter attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Well versed in local language
